"The LandMark White Group engaged Xerox/Nec in August 2006 for the provision, installation and deployment of NEC Xen IPK11 PABX’s in a select number of sites. These sites include Gold Coast, Sydney, Parramatta and Melbourne locations with handset number ranging from 20-30 per site."
Typically the level of service from a PABX provider is outstanding in the first 3-4 months, however it is quite common for this level of service to decline dramatically after the rollout is complete. Amanda’s commitment to the ongoing relationship has ensured that this service decline does not occur, and as a result Xerox/NEC will continue to receive business from the Landmark White Group over the next few years.
I would personally recommend the NEC phone system from a technical perspective as it is easy to program via the web interface and the level of support and customer service from Xerox/NEC is excellent.
